On August 3, 30 physical therapy students were hooded in the final summer Doctor of Physical Therapy hooding ceremony. These graduates make up the Centennial class as they received their degrees during Georgia State University’s 100 year anniversary.
Ross Mason, founder and managing director of HINRI Labs, Inc. gave the students an inspiring keynote message. He urged them to keep their patients’ best interest in mind and to advocate for those who cannot advocate from themselves. Mason, a venture philanthropist, founded HINRI Labs (Healthcare Institute for Neuro-Recovery and Innovation) to provide patient-centered research. The organization focuses on opening avenues of greater access to care and innovative technologies to assist neuro-trauma patients with rehabilitation. Watch Mason’s address.
Congratulations to our graduates!
